Natalia Ołowska-Czajka
Attorney and Mediator Natalia Ołowska-Czajka has been running her own law firm since 2004 and deals with family cases, including their civil, criminal and international aspects. With commitment and passion, she helps to overcome difficult issues of family cases, supporting clients with her knowledge and experience where they need it most. Running her own business as an attorney and mediator, she has become a recognizable and valued legal representative, activist of the bar association and lecturer. She has appeared before English and American courts as an expert in the field of Polish law, presenting written and oral opinions, among others in New York, Texas and London, using her knowledge of four foreign languages - English, Spanish, German and Russian.
Experience
After graduating from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and passing the bar examination with distinction, she enriched her education and experience with:
graduating with distinction (cum laude) from the School of English Law, run in cooperation with the University of Cambridge
having completed postgraduate studies with a very good grade within the Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2009)
graduating with a very good result from the Spanish Law School at the University of Warsaw run in cooperation with the University of Cuenca in Spain (2011)
lecturing on elements of law for IT managers as part of postgraduate studies conducted at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology
being a judge of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the Bar for two terms and its vice-president for one term
becoming a member of the International Academy for Family Lawyers (IAFL), a prestigious group of lawyers practicing family law around the world (2015)
co-founding AIJUDEFA – Association of Legal Practitioners Using Spanish at Work (2018) – an organization that brings together lawyers dealing with family law from all over the world who share the use of the Spanish language
becoming a mediator authorized to conduct mediation in Poland and abroad – Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (2019), New York Certified Mediator (2023)
