Terms of cooperation
Communication with the law firm takes place via e-mail. Please send all messages to kancelaria@nataliaolowska.com. Please limit telephone communication to important and urgent matters.
We try to respond to messages within 3 business days. Some issues may take longer. If the office does not respond within 5 business days, please send a reminder by email. The office does not communicate via text messages, WhatsApp, etc.
The condition for starting legal services is to pay the agreed initial fee and submit all required documents. Documents must be submitted at the same time (we do not accept documents in parts). All documents should be submitted to the office in printed form and the audio-video files recorded on a CD (only this form is accepted by the Courts).
The office does not accept or store original documents, except for those that are required in original by the Courts, e.g. an official copy of a birth certificate or marriage certificate. The courts do not return documents that have been submitted during the course of the case, therefore, before submitting them to the office, copies should be made for your own use.
Legal consultations require prior appointment. The meeting can take place in person at the office or remotely via Zoom. We do not provide telephone consultations.
We monitor the status of court cases on an ongoing basis, and new information regarding the ongoing case is promptly sent by e-mail. The lack of information from the law firm means that there have been no changes in the case.
Financial terms of cooperation are agreed before accepting the case. The agreed fee must be paid without notice after the law firm has performed a given activity. In the event that the arrears exceed 2 weeks, the law firm has the right to terminate the power of attorney and after 14 days to cease performing further activities in the case.
The Law Firm makes every effort to best represent the interests of the Client in the case, however, it is unable to guarantee a satisfactory resolution of the case by the Court.
Once the court proceedings are concluded, the contract and the power of attorney expire, which means that subsequent actions, e.g. enforcement of a judgment or entries in the land and mortgage register, require additional arrangements and are associated with additional fees.
