We Help

When couples find themselves in separation or divorce, each side searches for legal representation to defend and protect themselves, their kids and assets. We help individuals navigate the complexities of the breakup of the relationship, especially when children are involved:

Divorce and Separation

we provide suport in divorce and separation cases representing our clients in the courts, which includes giving advice, drafting pleadings and participation in the hearings, both in person and online.

Custody and Visitation

we help parents resolve custody disputes in the court, through court orders, regarding parental rights (conservatorship rights and duties), and contacts (possession and access issues).

Alimony and Child Support

we assist custodial parents in setting, collecting and enforcing the payments due to their child. We also protect the rights of non-custodial parents so that what they pay is not unfair under their income.

Mediation

we provide mediation solutions for parents and spouses who seek a neutral voice to help them attempt to resolve their legal disputes privately, outside of the courtroom.
